March... We're Celebrating That!!

Here are March's holidays and their associated tasks.  My dates this month are: 1, 21, 23, 25, 28, and 31
 If the task calls for an item or color on the cover, you MUST post the book cover. If it asks for certain letter/s in the author's name, you MUST post the name. If your task gives you a choice, be sure to tell us which option you've chosen. If you don't, you won't get credit for completing the task.


Mar 1 - Peanut Butter Lovers' Day: Read a book in which a “sandwich” of letters occurs in the title (example: State of the Onion – the A in State is “sandwiched” between two Ts). There must be only ONE letter in the filling of the sandwich  The Siege Winter by Ariana Franklin
Sandwich = SieGe

Mar 21 - Fragrance Day: Read a book with a flower occupying at least 25% of the cover

Mar 23 - National Organize Your Home Office Day: Read a book in which a character works at home at least part of the time The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennessy by Rachel Joyce.  After losing her job at the Brewery, Queenie buys a house at the beach and barters as a dance teacher, accountant among other things.

Mar 25 - Waffle Day: Read a book in which a character "waffles" about an important decision
Partner In Crime by J A Jance.  Joanna Brady "waffles" between telling JP Beaumont what she knows about his deceased wife.

Mar 28 - Something On A Stick Day: Read a book with something on a stick on the cover (popsicle, lollipop, etc.) OR a book with a fruit or flower hanging from a tree/branch on the cover

Mar 31 - Bunsen Burner Day: Read a book in which a character is a scientist OR a book with fire/flames on the cover or in the title
